Fabulously Fertile- What is it?
My name is Norrina Meechan, I’m 50 and from Glasgow in Scotland, I’m a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Business Psychologist.
I am looking for 4-6 women to help test a course I have designed called Fabulously Fertile, this is an online group course but there will also be individual support throughout.
The course is all about using both the conscious and unconscious mind to help you feel fabulous throughout the fertility journey. The aim of the course is to make the fertility journey easier and ideally to help you get pregnant faster.
It doesn’t matter what age you are or if you are using IVF you can still sign up. It is completely free and there will be no sales pitch at all.
I’ve been on the fertility rollercoaster myself
For years I have had my fair share of highs and lows.
Thankfully, my family is now complete as I have a 22-year-old from a previous relationship, a 3-year-old and a 16-month-old both with the help of a clinic. I’m currently writing a book about my fertility journey and about being a more mature mum (I really dislike the term geriatric).
Hand-picked supplements, cosmetics, books and gifts to support the fertility journey
What makes Fabulously Fertile Different?
Hypnotherapy can help in so many different ways, from overcoming a fear of needles, destressing, and overcoming any mental or emotional blocks that you might or might not even know are there, such as money or relationship worries.
It can also help you to make lasting, positive lifestyle changes to prepare your body for the journey ahead. The course isn’t all just hypnotherapy as there will also be some coaching, some psychology and some NLP too so it is all about using your mindset to work for you not against you.
If you’re interested or want to find out more then please get in touch, my email address is email@example.com and I’m the only Norrina Meechan on Facebook so it’s easy to find me, my business page is Norrina Meechan Therapy.
I’m looking to start the course this year and it will be for one evening each week for between 4 – 6 weeks.
